Trong các trường hợp sau, hãy liên hệ ngay với chúng tôi để được đổi trả hàng trong thời gian sớm nhất:

1. Sản phẩm bị lỗi, hỏng (sai nội dung, in mờ, thiếu chữ)
2. Gửi sai sản phẩm.
3. Lỗi do nhầm lẫn của nhân viên tư vấn.
4. Lỗi do đối tác vận chuyển (thất lạc đơn hàng, sản phẩm bị hỏng trong quá trình giao hàng)

CHÍNH SÁCH HOÀN/TRẢ/HUỶ ĐƠN HÀNG CỦA SÁCH 100:

• Sách 100 chỉ hỗ trợ đổi trả, hoàn tiền với các trường hợp sai sách, sách lỗi, nhầm, thiếu sách.
• - Khách muốn huỷ đơn và refund sau khi mail này được gửi đi vì những lí do từ phía khách hàng ( đặt nhầm, không hứng thú, sai/ thiếu địa chỉ…), thì sẽ mất thêm phí vận chuyển là 50% giá trị đơn hàng. Giá trị đơn sau khi khấu trừ 50% phí vận chuyển sẽ được refund lại tài khoản của khách sau 2-3 ngày.
• - Với những đơn hoàn do shop làm sai thông tin, đơn sẽ được hoàn về kho Us ( 25-39 ngày )và gửi lại khách ( khách không mất thêm bất cứ chi phí nào )
• - Với những đơn hoàn do khách hàng cung cấp sai/ thiếu địa chỉ hàng sẽ được hoàn về kho Us ( 25- 30 ngày) và khách phải trả thêm $20 phí gửi lại đơn hoàn.

Lưu ý: Miễn phí vận chuyển cho đơn hàng đổi, giao bổ sung.

 

Sách 100 không có trách nghiệm bồi hoàn trong trường hợp sau:

1. Sản phẩm bị gạch xóa, tẩy vẽ.
2. Sản phẩm bị hư hỏng do lỗi sử dụng của khách hàng.
3. Sản phẩm đã qua sử dụng.
4. Sản phẩm đã qua thời hạn đổi trả.

If you encounter any issues with our products upon receipt, please contact us immediately for prompt resolution options:

- Defective or damaged products (e.g., wrong content, blurry printing, missing words).

- Receipt of incorrect products.

- Errors resulting from consultant mistakes.

- Delays or damage caused by shipping partners (e.g., lost orders, damaged products during delivery).

 

PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND PROCEDURES OF SACH 100:

 

* Sach 100 only supports returns and refunds in cases of wrong books, defective books, mistakes, or missing books.

- Customers who want to cancel their orders and refund after this email is sent for reasons from the customer's side (wrong order, not interested, wrong/missing address...), will have to pay an additional shipping fee of 50% of the order value. The order value, after deducting 50% of the shipping fee, will be refunded to the customer's account after 2–3 days.

- For returns due to the shop providing incorrect information, the order will be returned to the US warehouse (25–39 days) and sent back to the customer (the customer does not incur any additional costs)

- For returns due to the customer providing the wrong/missing shipping address, the order will be returned to the US warehouse (25–30 days) and the customer must pay an additional $20 for the return shipping fee.

- Products that have been altered or erased.

- Products that have been damaged due to customer misuse.

- Used products.
